The Challenge

Obesity has long been framed as a lifestyle choice, creating stigma and misunderstanding worldwide. A global pharmaceutical leader wanted to shift the narrative by positioning obesity as a medical condition, changing public perception, and establishing authority in obesity science.

The SOLUTION

Cucu developed a bold, science-led global video campaign built around 10 documentary-style hero films, each tailored to regional audiences with expert voices, patient testimonies, and data-led storytelling. Supported by 80+ social-first content assets designed to amplify reach across markets.
